Jen & Ian

| November 23, 2011

I literally just got this film back from the lab and I’m in love, I had to post a couple shots!  Jen and Ian had a beautiful wedding on a hill, looking over the pacific in our sleepy little town of Santa Barbara.  It rained on the wedding day, but from what I’ve heard this mans good luck to the lucky couple.  No boarders, just horizons…

Kauai

| November 20, 2011

Here are some photos I snapped on a recent surf trip I took to Kauai.  Unfortunately, when my friends and I are on a surf trip and the waves are good my camera takes a backseat.  I actually only shot one roll of film over the course of the entire trip, probably because we were in the water the whole time!!  Kauai is by far one of my favorite places on earth, I think I’ll be spending a lot more time out there as the years go

Here are a few photos Rach & I took on our recent trip to Baja.  Traveling and experiencing new light is something I have loved for as long as I can remember…  I always will.

Above the clouds…

I snapped this photo with my Holga camera above the Caribbean in a little prop plane a few months ago.  The thing I love about Holga’s is you never really know how the photograph will turn out!  This one turned out pretty cool…  Shot on my favorite film in the world, Fuji 400H.

Coming home from work, Santa Barbara lobster season.
